  3. RGB Hex aids in visualizing the "#rrggbb" values for the
  4. Netscape and Internet Explorer HTML 3.2 elements:

  7. RGBHex can insert the hexadecimal value into a HTML editor or word
  8. processor. Enter colors as RGB decimal numbers or select from
  9. full-spectrum or solid color samples. RGB Hex displays the sample color
  10. and hexadecimal value. Add quotation marks and # sign, and select
  11. upper or lower case formatting before pasting the value in a HTML
  12. document. RGB Hex has two user selectable methods to paste the value
  13. to the HTML document, the clipboard, or an Auto Paste feature that
  14. allows for quick switch and paste between RGBHex to and a Windows
